Introduction of MoSi2 rod heating element
SUPER 1700, 1800, 1900 MoSi2 electric muffle furnace heater for
muffle furnace are extensively used in the industries of
metallurgy, glass, ceramic refractory,crystal electronic device,
industrial furnace manufacture, etc.. It is an essential ideal
element when the products are sintering in the high temperature.
This heating element rod is a kind of resistance heating element made from Molybdenum
Disilicide. It can be exerted under the high temperature of the
oxidated atmosphere. MoSi2 heating element rod has the unique
function of high temperature anti-oxidation. Under the oxidated
atmosphere, the maximum temperature of MoSi2 elements is 1800°C. It
can be made into various types, including U-type, W-type,
right-angle as well as circular type.
The general temperature of it is from 1300°C to 1800°C, which is
universally applied to the field of metallurgy, glass, ceramics,
magnetic matrials, refractory materials, crystals, electron devices
and kiln etc. It is the ideal heating element of high temperature
anealing.
Attention: MoSi2 elements can not be used in 400 to 700 °C for a long time,
otherwise, it will be powered and damaged due to strong oxidizing
action in low temperature.
